Art and music and movement experiences help promote children’s imagination and creativity. Our teachers provide a range of stimuli, ideas and opportunities for children to draw, paint, print, create collages, construct 3-dimensional structures, sing with actions and movement, and play musical instruments. As the creative process is not always instant and children need time to work on their ideas and creations, there should be sufficient time for them to explore a diverse repertoire of art and music-making media and techniques.

Children’s discovery of the world begins with active involvement in what is going on in their immediate environment. We engaged children’s learning based on a sense of wonder and joy of discovery. The children are regarded as a curious, active and competent learner, and are given opportunities to explore the world around them, ask questions, make close observations over time and think and talk about their observations. Instead of expecting children to understand logical and scientific concepts, we emphasis on allowing children to apply inquiry or process skills such as observation, prediction, investigation and drawing conclusions in their learning experiences.
